I created one of the world leading new media space web sites, spacevidcast.com. With weekly HD broadcasts, HD live launch events and daily HD segments on space travel and human space flight we are quickly becoming the authority on space travel in this new decade!

Director / Producer, TechnologyEvangelist.com, Eden Prairie, MN — 2006-Present
Helped grow the TechnologyEvangelist.com site from nothingness to an A-List blog.  Regular contributer to the blog itself as well as set up a daily audio and video podcast.  Get to play with really cool technology on a daily basis.

Director of New Technology, WhereToLive.com, Eden Prairie, MN — 2005-Present
Set up and maintain server infrastructure for all web sites, SQL servers, mail and file servers.  Rebuilt the entire network from the ground up with two new border routers (7204 VXR), firewalls (ASA-5520), layer 3 switches (3750) and an all new 4Gbps Compellent fiber SAN.

Research and Development, Alpha Video, Edina, MN — 1999-2005
Once I moved out of producing live television I wanted to help create the studios that make it possible.  At Alpha I was responsible for researching new and amazing television products to help streamline the video workflow.  In addition I helped design and create the Digital Services department for live streaming video.  Clients include Mayo Clinic, Carlson Companies, Northwest Airlines, Hormel, Imation and many others.

Skills
I started with a heavy television production background and worked my way in to the technology sector.  I am capable of directing or technical directing national television programs, I have produced large venue events and can design studios at a fraction of the cost of a traditional facility.  On the technology side I’m a bi-lingual Macintosh and Windows expert with a background in Cisco networking, Active Directory and LDAP directory access, e-mail servers such as Exchange, Communigate and Merak, and SAN installation and maintenance with EMC and Compellent. I am also passionate about human space flight and to this end created the online video show Spacevidcast which involves production, editing and hosting of a live online television show.
