ToT - Earl Grey Creme - 04/06/2007
The tea for today is my favorite tea lately, Earl Grey Creme brewed with a bit of Rock Cane sugar added (just a touch). It has a nice flavor with a good amount of kick to get me going in the morning. Being that it’s about 25 degrees outside today, a nice cup of hot Earl Grey Creme is just what I wanted. I’m almost like Picard, but I added the Creme part.
Don’t be fooled, this tea is not brewed in milk or creme nor do I add any to the mix. It’s just a lighter version of the traditional Earl Grey.
It has blue mallow flowers in it, with some vanilla bean and crème. I don’t honestly know what that last one is… but it sounds good.
