Time for a new HDTV

My HDTV blew up. No big deal (well, OK, maybe a little bit of a deal) I just grabbed my old SDTV and hooked her back up. This served me well for a month or so, but now I have an Apple TV and I had to bring my SDTV to work for a shoot I was doing. So, do I buy the 1080p HDTV now, get the cheaper 720p HDTV that I can’t re-use at work at all, or just ignore it all and keep saving for that $2MM home I want?

    Go for the 720p now.

Seriously, go to Costco right now.

Then give me the 720p when you realize that it was the wrong choice for you.

no, seriously, don’t give Ed the monitor, you need to give me the monitor when you realize it is not for you.

Seriously. Save the money. Buy the ‘temporary fix’. Get the big house with your saved cash.

Your living room does not allow for proper viewing of a gigantic HDTV anyways.
